per Insurance Binder.
2. Possession shall take place at time of closing on or about December 30, 2024; subject to present lease. Lease terminates on or before February 28, 2025.
3. Seller will be responsible for 2024 Real Estate Taxes. Buyer will be responsible for 2025 Real estate Taxes.
4. Sellers reserve the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
