AGREEMENT TO TERMS: By bidding in the auction, you agree to all terms and conditions of the auction.

PAYMENT: Cash, check or credit card accepted. All sales are final. No refunds. You are required to pay for your items even if you do not pick them up. 4% surcharge on credit card payments,

LOADING: All items need picked up at Cedar County Catholic Schools Development Office in Hartington, NE.

SHIPPING: Small items are available for shipping. Buyer is responsible for shipping & handling charges.

CONDITION: All items sell in as-is condition, no warranties expressed or implied. All sales are final. No refunds or returns.

INSPECTION: All items are available for inspection ahead of the auction. Please contact the development office for details.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: There is a 4% buyer's premium on this auction applied to Online Bidders. 4% Buyer's Premium to Online Bidders.

FIREARM PURCHASES: Creamer Auction Company is a Federal Firearm Licensed Dealer. All State and Federal firearm laws will apply. Bidders who come pick up firearms must complete a form 4473 for transfer at our business location. Out-of-state buyers can pick up a long gun and must pass a NICS background check. Handguns purchased by nonresidents must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state of residence.
